You may find yourself wondering where you'd seen this girl before, and it could well be because you have encountered her brother on one of his many daring adventures overseas. Unlike her brother however, Ulyssa likes to have her feet firmly placed upon the land and will only consider travels that enable her to follow through with her spiritual beliefs or take her somewhere of historical importance.

Although she and her brother were once inseparable with their siblings, the family was unfortunately split up when they had to flee from their temporary home within a barn. She has no idea how many of them survived, but through her spiritual practices she feels able to sense their presence and has confidence that they are all still alive, although may now be living entirely separate lives. She and Josiah had a chance encounter shortly after he landed on the shores of Greece for one of his many journeys with his Naval fleet family.
