It's amazing that Sam actually can be found upright from time to time, as he is described as being so laidback that he could really be horizontal. Having said that though, as with any sloth he will take his time to do things, and one of his favourite pastimes is undoubtedly sleeping.

When meeting others for the first time, he is quick (ironically) to identify the best things about them. The only problem is that he can be come fixated on this, and almost develop a crush upon the ideals of that individual.

His friendship with Finn is still relatively new, but his fascination with Finn's Newton's Cradle has certainly drawn Sam to Finn.
