Despite being a hyena, Maceon has his moments of being quite serious and quite the hunter. It just seems to be that his sense of humour helps to lighten the mood when things get a bit too intense in the group, although some might argue he doesn't do much to help matters at times.

He's good friends with Billy though, and will often give him dares to try and shoot an arrow at random individuals.  He's also known to be a bit of a shaman among the group, and  as such he has some special abilities that enable him to sneak up on enemies. He'll often give Farsi a heads up when he finds something out in the hope that it helps forge a friendship between them - as yet however this does not seem likely to happen, possibly due to Farsi's pride.
