Felix is an expressive character, but mostly for his tendency to have his eyes change during lucky periods. Some have said that not only is this a sign of him having good luck, but that he is also able to predict when there are times of good luck (and bad luck) around.
He is quite withdrawn as an individual and does not feel like he is special at all, but rather just an oddity of nature. His best friend, Luke, is one he strongly connects with due to their distinguishing features.
The two go together, and are inseparable - so much so that some question whether their friendship is just that, or if there is more lingering beneath the surface. In Felix's case, he really does view Luke as being his best friend.

Felix has grown accustomed to others trying to befriend him in the hopes he will pass on good luck to them. He tends to be quite cautious about making friends.

He is an extremely good surfer and has won a trophy for his skills.
