A shy individual, Devin often finds it hard to open up to strangers, particularly as she is often mistaken for a male. Although she is proud of her appearance and takes care to ensure the beard is never dirty for long, she has found that others are often quick to judge her for her initial appearance.

Cleo, her trusted companion, has long been trying to help Devin from feeling uneasy about herself. Cleo is unfortunately starting to go blind, but the pair have known each other long enough for this not to be the sole reason for Devin's friendship with her.

When she is able to embrace her individuality, Devin has a fantastic sense of humour. She is keen to befriend others as well, particularly as she is worried that her time with Cleo may be coming to an end.
